In order to enable patent examiners to quickly grasp the technical content of forward-looking technology patent applications, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of examination, and to meet the applicant’s needs for obtaining patents as soon as possible, so as to facilitate their patent layout, the Office has established the “Industrial Cooperation Patent Examination Interview Trial Operation Plan”, the plan will be implemented for one year from November 1, 2021, and suitable object and implementation method of the plan will be specified.
