1. In order to assist new industries with R&D capabilities to confirm the possibility of granting invention patents and obtaining patent certificates as soon as possible, the TIPO has formulated and issued the “Trial Operation Plan for Active Patent Examination in New Industries”, and planned to conduct 30 trials within six months for new patent applications filed electronically. The TIPO further specified the eligible applicants, eligible patent applications and contents of implementation which are available for this Plan.
